Post Partum Support

Let's tag-team! I am here to help you navigate the initial challenges of adjusting to newborn life at home during the delicate journey of postpartum recovery. Whether it’s lending mom an ear during the whirlwind of emotions, or assisting with practical tasks in the care of baby, postpartum services foster a supportive environment to empower moms to embrace their new roles with confidence and love, ensuring that both mother and baby thrive in those early weeks together. We provide hands-on support, education, and guidance in the comfort of your own space, allowing mothers to rest and recharge!

Reproductive Loss Support
​
Grief and guilt can compound one's recovery and I am here to hold space for life's transitions. I provide compassionate, holistic care for those experiencing the emotional and physical aftermath of a termination, miscarriage, or recurrent implantation failure (RIF). My goal is to help mothers regain a sense of balance and well-being after such a significant loss by honoring one's emotional, physical and cultural needs. I respect that not everyone experiences the deep/complex emotions and I aim to provide support unique to the individual.

Birth Doula Package

1-2 in person or virtual prenatal meetings, call/text availability for questions or concerns from booking to birth

Providing evidence based resources for informed decision making

On call labor support from 38 weeks on

Assistance with creating a birth plan, and advocating for your wishes during delivery to the health and safety of you and baby

Attending 1 prenatal visit with you to your provider

Providing emotional and physical support during labor ( 8hrs)

1-2 hours of postpartum support as things settle after delivery

1 postpartum check in, either in person or virtual, offering basic lactation guidance and support

Postpartum Doula
Supportive daytime or overnight assistance caring for baby to provide mom with some much needed rest! Services can include bottle feeding and cleaning , diaper changes, putting baby back to sleep.
